Its mission is to inspire women to shatter the glass ceiling and break free from the confines of gender bias, societal norms, and expectations, creating a brighter future for all. Through education, mentorship, and community building, #SHEA aims to equip women with the tools and confidence to take control of their careers and achieve success on their terms.

#SHEA is a Modern Woman's Guide to Success I wish had existed when I started, to help me navigate those worlds. With over 15 years of experience, four university diplomas under my belt, and countless hours of self-education and practice, I am happy to share all I have learned about building tech businesses at different stages of their lifecycles, including a failed one where I was the founder. Although my startup didn't succeed, building my business provided invaluable lessons that surpassed anything I could have learned in a traditional classroom setting, taking me further in my career. Serving as a director at another startup with a valuation of over $130 Million taught me a completely different set of skills, which I had to develop on the go as we dynamically grew from a couple of people to a team of 60. As a Head of Product, I have led brilliant teams that deliver innovative software products to global markets. I am currently continuing on a path of building software apps with the use of AI.
