What I bring to it
Over 15 years across business, product, and technology. Four university degrees. A failed startup I co-founded — which taught me more than any classroom ever did. Then a director role at a startup valued at over $10 million, where I helped grow a team from a handful of people to sixty, shipped software products to global markets, and led brilliant people doing genuinely hard work.
That experience doesn't just sit in my CV. It shapes everything I teach.
I know what breaks businesses at the strategic level — not the tools level. I know what it takes to build something that scales. And I'm currently doing it again: building, learning, and integrating AI and automation into my own business in real time, sharing every lesson as I go.
